A Healthy Take on Orange Julius and Jamba Juice Smoothie Madness

During these past months, smoothies have been my go to snack in between meals. They are cold, refreshing, and easy to take with you if you are busy on the go!

Smoothie Making Tips:

  • When blending your smoothie ingredients, add the frozen fruit or ice last to prevent your smoothie from being too watery.
  • Use crushed ice if available over the choice of ice cubes.
  • Organic fresh fruit frozen at its peak of ripeness is both more flavorful and has more nutrients than pre-packaged frozen fruit that may contain unwanted preservatives.
