Banana Protein Pancakes Recipe

These high protein whey pancakes are absolutely delicious and can serve both as breakfast or a snack.

Serving size: About 4 Pancakes

Banana Protein Pancakes


INGREDIENTS

  • 1 Scoop of Vanilla Whey Protein
  • 2 Egg Whites
  • 1 tsp of Cinnamon
  • 1/2 of a Banana
  • 1 tbsp Coconut Oil

Directions:

Heat coconut oil in a pan at medium temperature. Mixed all the other ingredients together in a bowl. Pour 1/4 of a cup of into the hot pan and brown on both sides. Add the other half of the banana and a dollop of your favorite Greek yogurt (mine is Greek Goddess Honey Flavor), and voila! You have an instant high-protein healthy clean meal!
